Listed below are some examples of our commonly requested packages.
As the title suggests this is for individuals who just want to have a taste a firing a shotgun. You will be shown how to stand and hold the gun correctly by a qualified Instructor and “have a go” at shooting some clay targets. A shotgun of the correct size and type to suit the individuals size/build along with the appropriate safety equipment will be all provided.
Sundays £35 includes 25 clays and cartridges (Additional Clays and Cartridges £25 per 25)
Weekdays and Saturdays £40 includes 25 clays and cartridges (Additional clays and cartridges £30 per 25)
This is ideally suited to individuals who want to learn more about the sport to see if they would like to participate on a regular basis. It covers all the information required at the start to allow the individual to make an informed choice but does not over load them with unnecessary facts.
Once topics such as Safety and PPE (personal protective equipment) are covered we then move on to the gun, how to handle it, and how to stand whilst shooting. During this process we check the clients’ eye dominance before proceeding to explain the process of breaking a moving target. When this is complete and all the clients’ questions have been answered we move to the firing range to put it all in to practice and break some clays. A shotgun of the correct size and type to suit the individuals size/build along with the appropriate safety equipment will be all provided.
